Discover the Whale Dreaming Trail – a short 600m walk in Eden that leads to an epic lookout over Turemulerrer (Twofold Bay), the coastal gateway to the Bundian Way.


With specially designed signage, learn about the ancient relationship between the traditional Aboriginal people, the Katungal, and the beowas (killer whales) that predates European history by thousands of years.

 

The Whale Dreaming Trail begins at the bottom of Imlay Street near Snug Cove, leading upwards towards the lookout point. You can extend your journey by continuing on to the Eden Killer Whale Museum, located just a little further on up Imlay Street. The museum documents some of the intriguing stories of Eden’s killers whales and Aboriginal whalers.
