The Bundian Gallery and Aboriginal and Community Arts Centre is located in the historic village of Delegate in the Monaro region.
The gallery is a joint project of the Eden Local Aboriginal Land Council and the Delegate Progress Association, showcasing art from local and regional Aboriginal artists. Not only does the gallery exhibit the heritage elements of the Bundian Way, it also highlights the ongoing connection to land and sea country for the Aboriginal people of the region.
As momentum builds, the Bundian Way Gallery will serve as a hub and information centre for the Bundian Way, whilst demonstrating the depth of culture and high quality of the artwork produced by the Aboriginal people of the region.
The Bundian Way Gallery has hosted numerous successful exhibitions including: Aboriginal contemporary photography by Shannon Mason; artworks and craftworks by the Djaadjawan Dancers of Narooma; paintings on Yuin themes by Natalie Bateman; ‘Art from the Inside’ featuring work from inmates of the Cooma and Goulburn Correctional Centres; an exhibition of historic artworks and writings by Oswald Brierly.

"And what we’re seeing with the Bundian Way is a reconciliation. It’s a mechanism. You don’t just get people waking up one day and saying, ‘Let’s do reconciliation.’ This is a track, a meeting place, that links the freshwater to the saltwater, the beaches to the mountains. People traversed that track for a lot longer than most of us can get our heads around. And it should be a track for all of us to come together now, where we can come together and understand the value of what’s happening in our age."
